Valuation Afternoon

Gnosall is proud to host an Antique Valuation Afternoon, the perfect way to find out how much your items are worth.

On the day, experienced valuers from Cuttlestones auctioneers and valuers will be on hand to help you discover the value of many different items. You are encouraged to bring along antiques, collectables and curiosities that you have found or bought, either for further research or just to find out how much it’s worth. All items must be from a non-trade source and must not have been offered for sale elsewhere. The valuation is free, with no obligation to buy or sell, and all information is kept strictly confidential.

Prior to the event, an interactive website will be available where you can submit images and item descriptions for pre-registration and preliminary valuation. You will be able to ask questions about the items you bring along and gain answers and advice from professional valuers.

Valuations can be offered for items of furniture, household goods, works of art, jewellery, stamps, coins, tools, books, prints, porcelain, metalwares, militaria, and more. If your item is particularly valuable or interesting, the professional valuers may suggest further research or auction. The day also offers the chance to chat to other like-minded enthusiasts and expand your knowledge.

Whether you’re seeking an expert opinion on the value of an item with a view to selling it, or are curious as to how much a treasured heirloom is worth, Cuttlestones’ team of specialists can offer a free, no-obligation valuation alongside expert advice in terms of the best selling platform for a specific item.

Valuations take place between 4pm and 7pm at the Grosvenor Centre, Gnosall.

Come and get your bike security marked!

Our friendly police community support officer (PCSO) will be on hand between 6:00pm - 7:30pm to mark and register your bike to deter thefts.

We encourage you to bring along your bike to this event and our PCSO will security mark it free of charge.
