Movement Class Open Morning

Learn how to dance, stretch, move and breathe using classic dance and aerobic training movements. Held at The Grosvenor Centre in the village centre.

The Grosvenor Centre in Gnosall is hosting a Movement Class Open Morning on Wednesday 19th July. Taking place from 9am - 12pm, this free event is your chance to come and experience the ultimate movement class!

The morning includes a variety of classes that merge classic dance and aerobic moves with stretching and breathing exercises. Throughout the session, you'll be guided by our highly trained and experienced instructors, who will show you how to move with grace and confidence.

No prior experience is necessary; this open morning has been designed for all levels. Whether you’re a regular dancer, or if you've never stepped foot into a studio before, you'll soon be able to feel the rhythm of the movements and enjoy the journey.

At the Movement Class Open Morning, you will be able to meet the team of instructors and find out more about the various classes offered. Our team will also be on hand throughout the event to answer any questions and offer advice about how to get the best out of the class.
