Family Fun Run

Join The Gnosall Globetrotters on a 1.5km family fun run, suitable for all ages and abilities. Certificate and small prize for everyone who takes part.

The Gnosall Family Fun Run is an event that the whole family can enjoy this summer. Whether you are a professional runner, a complete novice, or anywhere in between, this event is perfect for you. Everyone has the chance to achieve something with this short 1.5km course and you can choose to run solo, join a team, or even bring along the little ones in pushchairs or dog walkers.

The start and finish point for the event is at Gnosall Sports Club on Forresters Lane. From here all participants will travel around the village, taking in the sights and sounds of our stunning environment. Whether it takes 10 minutes or 50 minutes, everyone will be able to enjoy the beauty of the our village in this unique race.

The organisers of the event, Gnosall Globetrotters, have participants’ safety and enjoyment as their ultimate priority, and as such there will be marshals around the course to point out any obstacles or help if needed.

At the end of the race, every participant will receive a certificate as a personal memento of their accomplishment. This is in addition to a small prize which will be given to all finishers, regardless of their finish time.

The entire family are invited to come and take part in the Gnosall Family Fun Run. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and guarantees to deliver lots of fun and entertainment for everyone. So get involved and share your family pride with the Gnosall village.

To guarantee your place in the Fun Run, collect your application form from the Parish Council Office, found behind The Grosvenor Centre on the High Street.  Return the completed form and entry fee (£3) in a sealed envelope to the Parish Council office before Thursday 13th July 2023.

Registration opens at 2.30pm on race day.
